2025 marked an important transition as LIFT JAX stepped into the next phase of our work — strengthening trust, investing in people and places, and aligning partners around a shared vision for long-term neighborhood vitality OutEast. This work, built with residents, not for them, continues to evolve and take shape. The 2025 LIFT JAX annual report is now available online.
